About the Game
Chinese Chess board game against a computer opponent. To win you need to capture the general of your opponent.
How to Play
Move your pieces according to their unique movement rules. The Commander can only travel one square at a time within the fortress. Mandarins are limited to diagonal moves within the palace. Ministers move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot cross the river. Horses move one square straight and then one square diagonally, but can be blocked by adjacent pieces. Chariots move any number of squares straight, acting as powerful attackers. Catapults move like chariots but must jump over exactly one piece. Pawns move forward one square and attack sideways after crossing the river. Take the opponent's general to win the game. Plan your moves carefully to checkmate the computer opponent.
